VCIP Admin/Customer portal is where Manager credentials and Agent credentials are created.


New Admin:



Admin will have access to the portal and can create New Agents, Managers.



New Manager:



Enables you to create a new Manager who will manage all the agents under him/her.



New Agent:



Agents can be created who will be responsible to receive and complete the VKYC calls



All users:

This includes the details of all the Agents who are mapped to their respective Managers.



MIS report:


MIS report can be extracted which gives us the overview of the call status.

  • Raw data : entire overview of the call
  • Agent Productivity : gives the overall analysis of the agent's productivity




Audit History:


This includes pending audits and completed audits of the applications for auditing purpose.
